For now, I'll share a few photos of my neighbors...
They supply the restaurant with beautiful eggs... and someone out there is generous enough to produce super-sized double yolks on a regular basis!!
Organic free-range chickens at their finest! They eat all the compost we create at the restaurant, and pay it forward with more than enough eggs for all of our cooking needs!
